Thkee Credits Program Terms & Conditions

The Thkee credits program (“Program”) is offered to anyone with a Thkee account at the sole discretion of Thkee. Participation in the Program is automatic. You will earn Thkee credits (“Credits”) any time you complete certain activities that Thkee designates as eligible for receiving Credits (each an “Eligible Activity”). For example, Thkee may designate enrolling in a certain course as an Eligible Activity; as soon as you enroll in that course you will receive the Credits allocated for that Eligible Activity. Remember, to earn the Credits the activity must be an Eligible Activity and you must complete all steps associated with the Eligible Activity. There are a few additional rules and terms that apply to the Program:

• The Program is offered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in accordance with the laws in force there, and is not offered in any territory in which its operation would contravene the applicable laws.
• Thkee may change or terminate the Program on prior notice given to you before the change or the termination takes effect. However, any Credits earned before the termination takes effect shall continue to be available until their validity period expires, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers under the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• If the Eligible Activity has conditions – such as an expiration date, or restrictions on how Credits can be used – you must comply with those conditions.
• If you try to hack, tamper or otherwise “game” the Program, Thkee may withdraw the Credits you obtained in that way and suspend your participation in the Program, in a manner proportionate to the conduct attributed to you. Before taking any such measure, Thkee will notify you of the conduct attributed to you and give you an opportunity to respond to it, and you may refer the matter to the Thkee support team. Any other measures relating to your account are taken in accordance with the Terms of Use.
• Credits are automatically applied to courses and other products and services you order through the Thkee site (subject to any restrictions). You do not have the ability to select how the Credits are applied.
• If you receive a permitted refund for a course or product or service that was ordered using Credits, the refund will be in Credits to your account for the appropriate amount. The validity period of the refunded Credits starts from the date of the refund, and the original expiration date does not apply to them, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers under the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Credits have no cash value and may not be traded or redeemed for cash, or assigned, sold or transferred to anyone else. However, if you purchase a course, product or service for someone else through your account your Credits will be applied to that purchase.
• Any taxes owed on your Credits, on their use or on your participation in the Program are dealt with in accordance with the tax laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and you bear any of them that those laws require you to bear.
• These Terms are to be read together with, and supplement, the Terms of Use. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the city of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
• These Terms are issued in Arabic and English. In the event of any conflict or difference in interpretation between the two versions, the Arabic version prevails.
