A few useful answers
Can I schedule a full year?
Yes. Choose up to 52 weeks within the 100-session limit per series. One meeting each week gives you 52 sessions; more weekly meetings reduce the available number of weeks.
Do I need to add every session manually?
No. Set the recurring days, times and duration once, then preview the proposed dates together before creating the series.
Can I reschedule a session?
Yes, for eligible sessions. Open rescheduling, choose the new time and review conflicts before confirming. Session status and the rescheduling policy still apply.
What happens after a recorded session ends?
Thkee processes the recording and automatically prepares its transcript and AI recap. Participants can return to the materials you publish when processing is complete.
